To create this book Tamara Traeder and Julienne Bennett interviewed scores of aunties, nieces, and god-children, examining the richness of aunt-child relationships and the aunt's unique gifts to the child.

Author Biography

Tamara Traeder is a licensed marriage and family therapist. She has coauthored or edited eight books, including The BFF Girlfriends Guide and Girlfriends: Invisible Bonds, Enduring Ties. She lives in St. Helena, California. Julienne Bennett is the author of Where the Heart Is: A Celebration of Home.
