Soraya Miré's The Girl with Three Legs is an Amelia Bloomer Project 2012 List Nominee. The Amelia Bloomer Project List is an annual booklist of the best feminist books for young readers, ages birth through 18. The ABP committee is a part of the Feminist Task Force of the Social Responsibilities Round Table of the American Library Association.

The 2012 list (consisting of 2011 titles) will be announced in early 2012. The final list is decided upon following ALA's Midwinter Meeting.
